Lunchtime Supervisor (EYFS Support) – 1:1 / Small Group Location: Loughborough Hours: 11:30am – 1:30pm (Monday to Friday) Pay: £15.00 per hour – PAYE via Now Education Contract: Temporary – until end of the academic year We are recruiting a Lunchtime Supervisor to support two EYFS children during the lunchtime period at a friendly and welcoming primary school in Loughborough. This is a part-time, temporary role ideal for someone with early years experience who can provide consistent, caring support during unstructured times. Role Responsibilities * Supporting two EYFS pupils during lunchtime (dining and play) * Encouraging positive behaviour, social interaction, and independence * Ensuring pupils are safe, engaged, and supported * Working closely with school staff to maintain a smooth lunchtime routine Requirements * Experience working with Early Years / EYFS children * A kind, patient, and caring approach * Ability to manage behaviour in a calm and supportive manner * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – essential * Reliable and available Monday to Friday (11:30–1:30) What’s on Offer * £15.00 per hour (PAYE) via Now Education * Consistent part-time hours * Supportive and welcoming school environment * Opportunity to make a real difference in a small group setting Benefits: * Canteen * Discounted or free food * Transport links
