About the role

Customer Service Advisor Location: Leeds, LS16 6QY (Office-Based Role) Salary: £30,000 Per Annum + Company Bonus Start Date: May 2026 Hours of Work: Between 8.00am - 5.00am - Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling customer enquiries via phone and email. 2. Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally 3. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems 4. Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience 5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction Key Requirements: 1. Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good at making connections over email and phone. 3. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 5.
