Senior Quantity Surveyor

On behalf of a tier 1 water contractor, First Recruitment are seeking an experienced Proposals Engineer to join their team in East Manchester.

This role will be to take Commercial Management for a project in Dukinfield.

Responsibilities:

• Quantity surveying duties in respect of managing projects and work packages
• Liaise with design, construction and supply chain teams to capture, analyse and control cost
• Collaborative work with the client to ensure business requirements are met
• Manage the main contract ensuring contractual notices and correspondence are identified and raised as necessary

Requirements:

• Experience working in Utilities xwzovoh / Civil Engineering / MEICA Sectors - but ideally has water experience
• MEC3 Contracts
• Right to Work in the UK
