A leading Northern Ireland law firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded Personal Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality matters within a supportive and well-established practice.


The team handles a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, acting on behalf of clients across a range of sectors. You will gain exposure to complex and high-value work while developing your expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The Role:


  • Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution
  • Advising clients on a range of claims including road traffic accidents, employer’s liability, and public liability
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documentation
  • Engaging with insurers, medical experts, and counsel
  • Negotiating settlements and, where required, assisting with court proceedings
  • Delivering clear, practical advice while maintaining strong client relationships


Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (or eligible to qualify)
  • Ideally 5 years’ PQE, however candidates from NQ up to 6 years’ PQE will be considered
  • Experience in personal injury litigation (defence or plaintiff) preferred
  • Strong technical ability with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
