Teaching Personnel is recruiting graduates to work as Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors in secondary schools across Durham. This is the perfect opportunity to gain hands on classroom experience before committing to a PGCE or teacher training programme. You'll work alongside experienced teachers, support students with their learning, and get a real feel for what teaching involves day to day. Whether you're certain about teaching or just exploring your options, this role gives you valuable experience and competitive pay while you decide your next steps.
