About the Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of children aged 4 months to 5 years, with a particular focus on the 2-5 age group. You will contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences that encourage curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Support children's physical, emotional, and social development
Build warm and effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Embrace and encourage outdoor learning in the school's acres of woodland and green space
Be a proactive and positive member of a collaborative early years team

We are looking for someone who:
Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
Has at least 3 years of experience working with young children, particularly aged 2-5 years
Has a solid understanding of the EYFS and how to apply it in practice
Is passionate, nurturing, and committed to helping children reach their full potential
Is a strong communicator and a collaborative team player
Is enthusiastic about working in an outdoor, natural environment
