About the role
We are looking for a Registered Manager to manage a residential service for young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties.
Registered Manager responsibilities include:
•The daily running of the home
•Staff management
•Budgets
•Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times
•Compliance with all current legislation relating
To be considered for the role you will have:
•2 Years management experience within young people’s services
•An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted
•Have completed the Level 5 Leadership and Management
•Excellent working knowledge of children’s homes national minimum standards and the Children’s Act 2010
