Critical Shift Leader Liverpool Street, City of London £58,000 + HVAP Appointment Training Continental shift (Days & Nights) – 07:00–19:00 / 19:00-07:00 My client is a Technical Maintenance Solutions company who are recruiting a Shift Leader to work at a critical & prestigious landlord services contract in Liverpool Street, managing critical building systems on behalf of various trading businesses occupying the floors. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, capable electrical engineer/lead ready to step into a professional and technical leadership role on a high-profile commercial site. The Role As Shift Leader, you will: * Act as the senior electrical engineer on shift, leading day-to-day technical operations * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across landlord building services * Take ownership of electrical systems including LV/HV distribution, plant, and associated infrastructure * Supervise contractors and ensure all works are completed safely and compliantly * Respond to faults, incidents, and alarms within a critical environment * Maintain accurate records using site systems and permits to work About You We are looking for candidates who: * Hold electrical qualifications (Level 3 Electrical Installation & 18th Edition) * Have solid experience working within commercial building services * Valid or recently expired HV AP qualification * Are confident fault-finding across electrical and wider M&E systems * Can lead by example on shift and take responsibility for site operations * Are professional, reliable, and safety-focused What’s on Offer * Salary up to £58,000 * Significant overtime available * 20 shifts holiday * Fully funded HVAP training and development * Stable, well-run contract managed by a major FM provider * Career progression within the technical business structure Why this company?
