EYFS Teacher (QTS)
Location: Hillingdon
Start Date: September Start
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher (QTS required) to join a welcoming and highly supportive 3-form entry primary school in the Harrow/Brent area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative Early Years team within a school that values professional development, staff wellbeing, and offers clear opportunities for career progression.
The Role:
* Lead a Reception class, delivering a creative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate EYFS curriculum
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that support early learning goals across all areas of development
* Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and a love of learning
* Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress, adapting provision to meet individual needs
* Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure all children are fully supported
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support children’s development
* Collaborate with parallel teachers as part of a supportive 3-form entry team

What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Experience teaching within EYFS (Reception preferred)
* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
* A nurturing, enthusiastic, and proactive teaching approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to inclusive, high-quality teaching and learning
