Ganger (Civil / Construction) - BAE Systems Location: Glasgow Contract Length: 12 Months Working Pattern: 4‑Day Week (Monday - Thursday) Pay Rate: £17.57 per hour (PAYE) IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Overview We are currently recruiting an experienced Ganger for a long-term contract based at BAE Systems in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a secure, well‑run site with a consistent Monday to Thursday working week. Key Responsibilities Leading and supervising a small gang on site Ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification Coordinating daily activities and allocating tasks Maintaining health & safety standards at all times Liaising with supervisors and site management Reporting progress and any issues on site Requirements Proven experience working as a Ganger Strong leadership and communication skills Good understanding of health & safety procedures CSCS card (essential) Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's on Offer £17.57 per hour PAYE Inside IR35 Long-term 12‑month contract Stable 4‑day working week (Monday-Thursday) Opportunity to work on a high-profile BAE Systems site
