The Head Chef is looking for a mature, highly driven and technically accomplished Senior Sous Chef who has mastered all sections of the kitchen and has the leadership ability, experience and discipline to play a key role in the day-to-day running of the brigade.

This is a hands-on senior leadership position for a chef who takes genuine pride in maintaining consistently exceptional standards and understands the importance of precision, consistency, organisation and teamwork.

The Role

As Senior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food, service, team performance and kitchen organisation are maintained at all times.

You will be expected to:

• Take a senior leadership role within the kitchen, leading by example and setting exceptionally high standards.
• Work closely with the Head Chef on the day-to-day running and organisation of the kitchen.
• Have mastered all sections of a professional kitchen and be confident stepping into any section when required.
• Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
