Service Engineer – Peterborough – £33,000–£36,000 Are you an experienced Service Engineer with a background in fire alarms, intruder systems, CCTV, and AOV systems? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing business supporting a wide range of commercial properties across the Peterborough area. With a strong focus on servicing and maintenance, this role offers stability, no call-outs, and a great work-life balance. Service Engineer’s Key Responsibilities: Service and maintain fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV, and AOV systems Carry out routine maintenance across commercial properties Diagnose faults and ensure systems are fully operational and compliant Cover a local patch within approximately 1.5 hours of Peterborough (70% of work) Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships Skills & Experience Required as a Service Engineer: Proven experience with fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and AOV systems Strong fault-finding and servicing experience Ability to work independently across multiple sites Full UK driving licence Ideally based locally to Peterborough (Sawtry or surrounding areas preferred) Benefits Package: Salary £33,000–£36,000 (up to £38,000 with experience) No call-out rota – excellent work-life balance Stable role due to team changes (retirement replacement) Flexible option for temporary work (3 days per week considered) Opportunity to join a supportive and established team If this Service Engineer role sounds like a position that matches your skills and experience, we would love to hear from you and look forward to discussing your application in more detail.
