A highly successful Legal 500 ranked commercial property team in the South East are seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join them.

Role

The team act for a wide range of national and international companies across all sectors dealing with all types of commercial property.

In this role you will routinely act for corporate occupier clients on the asset management of their property portfolios. You will also advise landlords and tenants on individual lettings for smaller/medium sized businesses and private individuals.

You will also offer advise on acquisitions, disposals and development of industrial estates, retail parks, data centres and office buildings.

You

The firm are seeking a senior commercial property solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE. Legal Director and Partner candidates will be preferred. You must have excellent technical skills and experience in a broad range of commercial property. This is likely to include sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, property finance and possibly development work.
