Lead and supervise a team of Technicians and Mechanics during base maintenance checks. Ensure all maintenance documentation is completed accurately and promptly. Keep Bay Managers and Production Planners informed of progress and potential issues. Maintain high standards of hangar housekeeping and FOD prevention. Manage aircraft component's correct storage, labelling, and serviceability. Recommend improvements in processes, efficiency, and morale where appropriate. Ensure compliance with company policies and Health & Safety standards. About You Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance experience (including 3 years in base maintenance). Valid UK CAA B1 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s Licence Strong understanding of aircraft documentation, systems, rigging, component replacement, and modification embodiment. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to safety and quality. Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Proven mentoring and coaching experience. Type rating & recency in one of the following: Boeing 737NG / 737CL / 757 / 767 Airbus A320 Family
