This is a key role leading a growing team of Electrical Engineers focused on the design and development of complex equipment systems.

Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Electrical Engineers Manage electrical design for new products and engineering changes Take ownership of electrical systems and sub-systems Ensure designs meet safety, compliance, cost, and performance targets Resolve technical issues across multi-disciplinary teams Identify risks and implement mitigation actions Drive modular and standardised design approaches Oversee verification, validation, and type testing Review and approve technical documentation Required Skills & Experience Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Strong experience in electrical design of industrial equipment or machinery Previous team leadership or project coordination experience Knowledge of compliance standards such as EN60204, EN/UL61010, EMC, Functional Safety Experience with FMEA, HAZOP, and risk assessments Semiconductor or complex machinery experience is desirable Chartered Engineer or working towards it is desirable This is an excellent opportunity for a Lead Electrical Engineer to join a market-leading business and lead the delivery of advanced semiconductor technology. xwzovoh
