We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a childrens residential home in the SY13 area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing provider committed to delivering high-quality, therapeutic care.
Salary:
2+ years experience: £55,000 + £10,000 bonus
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing staff team
Ensure full compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations
Manage referrals, placements, and local authority relationships
Oversee training, performance, and daily operations
Create a safe, nurturing environment for young people
Requirements:
Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager with Good/Outstanding outcomes
Strong knowledge of Childrens Homes Regulations
Level 3 Diploma (Children & xwzovoh Young People)
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
