Job Description: Fire Stopper – Commercial Project (Edinburgh) Role: Fire Stopper Location: Gogarburn, Edinburgh Duration: 3 Months Rate: £230 per day Start Date: 15/05/2026 Job Overview We are seeking experienced Fire Stoppers for a large commercial project based in Gogarburn, Edinburgh. This is a 3-month contract offering consistent work on a major site. Scope of Works * Installation of passive fire protection systems. * Fire sealing of service penetrations, walls, floors, and compartments. * Installation of fire-rated mastics, batt systems, collars, wraps, and pillows. * Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with current fire safety regulations and project specifications. * Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety. Requirements * Proven experience installing fire doors on commercial projects. * Valid CSCS card. * Own tools and PPE. * Able to provide recent work references * Reliable, professional, and quality-focused.
