Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 08:00 16:00 (30-minute unpaid break)
Job Type: Part-time | Temporary | Temp to Perm (12 weeks)

Overview Quest Employment is currently recruiting Reach Truck Drivers for a busy and expanding company based in Swan Valley, Northampton.
This role is ideal for candidates seeking weekend work , weekly pay , and the opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks .
Youll be working with insulation boards and building materials in a varied role that combines warehouse tasks with some customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities As a Reach Truck Driver, your duties will include:
Safely operating a Reach Truck in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Picking and packing insulation products and building materials
Loading and unloading goods
Assisting with trade counter duties and interacting with customers
Processing basic payments (full training provided)
Carrying out general warehouse tasks
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Please note: Initial training will take place Monday to Friday during your first week before transitioning to the weekend shift.
Requirements We are looking for candidates who:
Hold a valid Reach Truck licence
Are reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Are comfortable in both warehouse and customer-facing roles
Have good communication skills and confidence when dealing with customers
Can work independently as well as part of a team
Demonstrate strong attention to detail
Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or trade counter environments is beneficial but not essential.
