What We OfferSalary:£21,486 rising to £21,740 per annum, pro rata of the full time equivalent £24,619 rising to £24,910 per year.
Contract Type:Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, Term Time Only 36+2 weeks per year

• Provide personalised academic and pastoral support to students
• Help learners develop study habits, organisational skills, and confidence
• Work closely with teaching teams to ensure students stay engaged and on track
• Support young people and adults with a range of needs in and out of the classroom
• Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment

What Youll Bring

• Experience working with learners or supporting individuals (education, youth work, care, mentoring, coaching all welcome)
