Extrusion Operator (Plastics) Halewood / Speke, Liverpool £28,000 – £33,000 + Shift Allowance + Overtime 3 on / 3 off (Days & Nights) (8am - 8pm) We are currently recruiting for an Extrusion Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Speke. This role sits within a Plastics production environment, however we are open to candidates from a range of extrusion and plastics backgrounds. The Role: * Operating and monitoring extrusion machinery within a busy production environment * Maintaining product quality through process control and adjustments * Supporting efficient running of production lines and minimising downtime * Working as part of a close-knit shift team We Are Open To Candidates From: * General plastic extrusion (pipe, profile, etc.) * Cast film extrusion * Injection moulding / plastics processing The Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience within a manufacturing or plastics environment * Mechanically minded with a strong work ethic * Comfortable working shifts What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary with shift allowance * Training available for candidates from related backgrounds * Long-term job security within an established business This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move into a specialist blown film environment
