We are recruiting for a prestigious law firm based in Birmingham, seeking a talented and experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their team.

Position: Contentious Probate Solicitor

Experience: Minimum of 5 years PQE

Location: Birmingham

Expertise in contentious probate matters, including will disputes, inheritance claims, and estate administration challenges
Strong litigation and dispute resolution skills
Proven ability to manage a varied and often complex caseload independently
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail
