Connect Appointments is recruiting a Press Brake Setter/Operator to join an established sheet metal fabrication business based in Livingston. Our client is a family-run precision sheet metal fabrication business, working across a broad range of materials and sectors - offering a varied, skilled role with modern equipment including AMADA press brakes. What's on offer? Full-time permanent position Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 5:30pm £14.00 to £16.00 per - hour dependent on experienceAs a Press Brake Setter/Operator, your duties will include: Setting and operating press brake machinery to produce precision sheet metal components Working across a range of materials including stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium Reading and interpreting technical drawings accurately to produce components to specification Carrying out quality checks throughout production to maintain a high standard finish Operating a wide range of workshop machinery as requiredTo be considered as a Press Brake Setter/Operator, you will need: Proven experience setting and operating press brake machinery - AMADA experience is advantageous The ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately Experience working with stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium to a high standard finish A strong commitment to quality and health and safety standardsInterested in this Press Brake Setter/Operator role?
