Cloud Service Delivery Lead — ITIL & Automation

This role covers overseeing day-to-day operations across Cloud, Systems, and Security, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs while managing stakeholder relationships effectively.

The ideal candidate should possess significant experience in IT service management and operational excellence, with strong expertise in ITIL processes and cloud environments. You will be responsible for production of performance reports and the mentoring of a team of engineers.
