We are recruiting Female Community Care Assistants with a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle to provide high-quality domiciliary care in the local community.

Essential Requirements *Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement Equality Act 2010)
Full, valid UK driving licence
Access to your own vehicle with business insurance
Right to work in the UK (no CoS available)
Must live locally to Southampton area

No previous care experience required full training provided. Experience in care, support work, healthcare, or domiciliary care is advantageous but not essential.

Assisting with medication, meals, and daily routines
Helping with light household tasks
Promoting independence and wellbeing
Providing companionship and emotional support
You will help individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.
