My Role as Gallery Restaurant Head Waiter/ Head Waitress
The Gallery serves afternoon tea for 100 to 200 guests per day as well as a 3 Rosettes A la Carte Dinner Menu.
The Head Waiter / Head Waitress runs a section in the restaurant supporting the team during one or both services.
Knowledge of Afternoon Tea Service is a plus for candidates, as well as full service restaurant experience.
