Senior Architectural Technologist - Freelance - Outside IR35

Freelance Architectural Technologist | Education Projects | Sheffield £30 per hour outside of IR35 We’re looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist with a background in education projects to join a busy, friendly design team in Sheffield on a flexible freelance basis. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a mix of new build and refurbishment education schemes, helping to translate design intent into practical, buildable, high-quality learning environments. Working pattern: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote What You’ll Be Doing • Producing and coordinating technical drawings using Revit/BIM • Supporting projects across all RIBA stages • Collaborating with architects, consultants, and contractors • Delivering clear, compliant and buildable technical solutions for education clients • Supporting job-running responsibilities across live projects What We’re Looking For • Qualification in Architectural Technology (CIAT or working towards preferred) • Strong experience in education projects (schools, colleges, universities) • Confident Revit user with strong technical ability • Excellent attention to detail and collaborative approach • Proven experience supporting or leading job-running activities If you’d like to learn more, please contact (url removed) or call (phone number removed)
