Job Title: Site Administration and Technical Officer - Home Improvements Location: Dudley Contract: Temporary, 3months Start Date: ASAP Rate: £18.35 - £21.65 per hour (PAYE) Job Summary The Technical Officer will provide technical and administrative support within the Home Improvement Team. The role is responsible for the preparation and issue of works orders, contract variations, and completion certificates to support the efficient delivery of home improvement and maintenance works. Acting as a key point of contact, the postholder will liaise with tenants, contractors, and colleagues across the service to coordinate works, provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure a high standard of customer service. The Technical Officer will maintain accurate records, monitor the progress of works through to completion, and support the effective administration of contracts and improvement programmes, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and service standards. This role does not include the processing or authorisation of contractor payments.
