£500 Joining Bonus * Pay: £14-£15 per hour + mileage Hours: Guaranteed hours, working times is 16:00-22:00 (can be flexible) We're looking for kind, reliable, and professional Care Assistants to join a high-quality, premium domiciliary care service supporting clients across Chichester and surrounding areas. This isn't a high-volume care environment. Instead, you'll provide unrushed, relationship-led care, giving you the time to build meaningful connections and deliver the level of care your clients deserve. Enhanced evening and weekend pay rates
Overnight care: £125 - £135 per night
Live-in care opportunities: £130 - £145 per day
45p per mile mileage allowance
Holiday pay (12.07%)
Company pension (3% contribution)

About the role: As a Care Assistant, you'll help people remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Every day is different, but you may be: Providing high-quality, person-centred care
