Location: Northampton (1 day per week in office Thursdays)
Travel: 45p per mile (travel allowance paid)
Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly motivated Principal Lawyer to join a dynamic legal team based in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior legal professional looking for a flexible, hybrid role with a strong balance of remote and office-based work.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level legal advice and support across a broad range of matters
Lead on complex casework and legal projects
Manage and supervise junior legal staff where required
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
Represent the organisation in legal proceedings and negotiations
Contribute to strategic decision-making and policy development
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Executive
Significant experience operating at a senior legal level
Strong knowledge of relevant xwzovoh areas of law (public sector experience desirable)
Proven ability to manage complex caseloads independently
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Working Arrangements
Hybrid working model: 1 day per week in the Northampton office (Thursday)
Remaining days remote
Travel expenses paid at 45p per mile
