Based at our clients state-of-the-art training centre in Oxford, youll support apprentices by providing hands-on guidance in a well-equipped, professional learning environment.
The Role As a Workshop Technician, you will: Provide practical support and guidance to apprentices during training sessions Assist in maintaining a safe, organised, and effective workshop environment Support trainers in delivering high-quality, engaging learning experiences Ensure equipment and resources are prepared and maintained to a high standard About You To be considered for this role, you must have: Electrical or Engineering NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) Proven industry/occupational experience Strong communication and presentation skills Good IT skills Full UK driving licence Whats on Offer 25 days of annual leave Occupational sick pay Generous group personal pension scheme Life insurance BUPA healthcare full health check Eye care discounts Staff rewards and discount scheme Corporate wear allowance Gym membership discounts Season ticket loans Free, role-related training Financial support for further qualifications Additional Information Due to the high volume of applications, we aim to respond to all candidates, although this is not always possible.
