Responsibilities

• Mixture of planning and manifesting/dispatching drivers

• Adherence tosite policies and procedures

• Provide operational updates to operations manager on a regular basis.

• Provide exceptional services and ensure customer satisfaction by supporting overall performance

• Helping to resolve issues and disputes.

• Transport knowledge desirable

This is for ourbusy client in Crick, you will be a vital part of thetransport office team, dealing withdrivers as well as the customer and your colleagues.
You will need a keen eye fordetail,Aswell asstrong communicationskills as this can be an admin heavy role.
Previoustransport planningor transport adminexperience is preferable but not essential. xwzovoh
