What You'll Be Doing in Welwyn Garden City
As a SEN Teaching Assistant in the education and training Sector, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a variety of needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Assisting teachers and support staff in delivering tailored learning activities
Encouraging independence, positive behaviour, and confidence among pupils
Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
