BIM Coordinator

Astute's Power team is partnering with a leading principal contractor to recruit a BIM Coordinator for a long-term contract for a project in North London. Key skills Support the Project Information Manager and BIM Manager with a robust digital framework. Implement rigorous quality assurance procedures and coordination workflows throughout project lifecycle. Assist in the application of the BIM Execution Plan and the Information Management Plan. Assist in review and help implement proper element and parameter naming on the model and prepare asset data procedures. Help to prepare and apply model quality assurance template report, IDS and apply clash report templates. Help to implement model quality assurance. Must have experience in performing model audits and quality reports. Must have advanced experience of Autodesk Revit, Blender/Blender BI, and Navisworks Must have practical knowledge of managing information within a common data environment (ISO 19650 workflows).
