Business Support Coordinator
Orpington, Kent | £30,000 - £35,000 | Permanent
We are working with a well-established and growing professional services organisation to recruit a highly organised and proactive Business Support & Recruitment Coordinator.
This is a pivotal, hands-on role supporting senior leadership while playing a key part in recruitment coordination, business operations, and management reporting. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being at the centre of a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Leadership & Business Support
Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calendars
Preparing meeting packs, reports, and presentations
Taking minutes and tracking actions to completion
Acting as a key point of contact across teams
Supporting leadership with day-to-day administrationRecruitment Coordination
Managing end-to-end recruitment administration
Posting job adverts and responding to candidate enquiries
Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews
Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate trackers
Liaising with agencies and third-party suppliersHR & Office Support
Coordinating new starters and onboarding processes
Supporting payroll and HR administration
Managing shared inboxes and handling incoming enquiries
About you:
Has experience in a business support, team assistant, or recruitment coordination role
Ideally has a background in recruitment or business support (rather than pure HR)
Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Communicates confidently at all levels
Is proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Can handle confidential information with professionalism
