Senior Procurement Finance Business Partner – Contract Filton (Hybrid 60%) | To March 2027 Rate: * £46.20 per hour (Umbrella) * £34.53 per hour (PAYE) Join a leading global organisation in a high-impact Finance Business Partner role supporting procurement operations across Detail Parts. This position offers the opportunity to influence key commercial decisions and drive financial performance across a £280m spend area within a complex, matrix environment. The Role * Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to procurement and operational teams * Provide financial direction on commercial strategy, including tendering decisions * Support supplier negotiations, claims, and supply chain performance * Deliver insightful financial reporting and performance analysis * Identify financial risks and opportunities, driving improvement actions * Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes * Build and validate business cases, including ROI and investment proposals * Support strategic initiatives, including M&A activity Cost & Investment Control * Oversee recurring and non-recurring costs * Manage inventory financials and cost performance * Support capital expenditure decisions (jigs, tools, equipment) * Ensure robust financial governance across procurement spend About You * Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with 5+ years PQE * Strong Finance Business Partnering experience * Background in manufacturing or large, complex organisations preferred * Experience with SAP or similar financial systems * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Commercially minded with strong analytical capability * Comfortable working in a matrix environment Why Apply? * High-visibility role with senior stakeholder exposure * Long-term contract with strong extension potential * Opportunity to influence major procurement and financial decisions
