Interim Group Reporting Lead

Axon Moore are partnering with a dynamic, multi-entity organisation to appoint an Interim Group  Reporting Lead. This is a high-impact, highly visible role sitting at the heart of the group finance function, reporting directly to the Group Finance Director / CFO. This is a broad and technically demanding position where you will take full ownership of the group reporting process across multiple subsidiaries — from end-to-end consolidations and intercompany reconciliations through to compliance, technical accounting, and board-level reporting. This role would suit a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven group reporting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment. You'll be technically strong, commercially minded, and able to hit the ground running from day one. Key responsibilities will include: Leading the group consolidation and close process across all subsidiaries Managing intercompany reconciliations Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Liaising with external auditors and coordinating the year-end audit Producing board-level reporting packs with clear financial commentary Supporting subsidiary finance teams with technical accounting queries What we're looking for: Fully qualified accountant with strong group reporting credentials Hands-on experience of multi-entity consolidations Strong communicator, confident engaging at senior stakeholder level Available at short notice and able to commit to an interim engagement For more information on this exciting opportunity please contact me on (phone number removed) or (url removed) INDFIN
