Customer Success Executive Dungannon | Full-time | Permanent Were currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Account Manager to join an established and growing manufacturing business in Dungannon. This is a varied role where youll take ownership of customer accounts from initial enquiry and order through to production, despatch and delivery. Youll build strong customer relationships while working closely with Production, Purchasing, Quality and Despatch to ensure orders are delivered on time, accurately and to specification. Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and acting as the main point of contact. Processing orders and ensuring technical specifications and documentation are accurate. Liaising with Production, Purchasing and Despatch to manage priorities and lead times. Keeping customers proactively updated on order progress and any potential delays. Resolving customer queries and complaints through to a satisfactory outcome. Coordinating worldwide transport and obtaining competitive quotations from external hauliers. Monitoring service performance and championing on-time delivery. Identifying opportunities to improve customer account processes and service levels. About you: Were looking for someone with at least 2 years customer service or account management experience, who is highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience within manufacturing, engineering, despatch/distribution or logistics would be advantageous, alongside strong IT skills and proficiency in MS Office 365 and Sage 200. Additional details: Full-time, permanent position. Excellent opportunity within an established manufacturing business that has a warm and welcoming team. Early finish at 2pm every Friday.
