In this role you will be split between office and site based, ensuring SHEQ compliance end driving continuous improvement. You will have 1 direct report, then train and coach other teams to high SHEQ standards, as the leading figure within the business. Boasting over a thousand employees across numerous sites, this role will play a pivotal part in their success.
