We’re partnered with a high-performing, well-established recruitment business in central Newcastle that is investing in senior talent. They’re looking for a Principal Consultant to take ownership of a Sales desk and drive it forward.

• Build and scale a Sales recruitment desk (perms) across the UK
• Work with a mix of existing clients and warm relationships
• Focus on high-quality, consultative recruitment, not KPI theatre
