Class 1 Driver

Class 1 HGV Driver We are currently recruiting Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a major logistics and distribution client based in Coventry . This role offers ongoing, consistent work , excellent hourly rates, and a variety of RDC, store delivery, and trailer swap work .

As a Class 1 Driver , your duties will include:
Driving Class 1 articulated vehicles (LGV C+E)

Delivering to RDCs, NDCs, supermarkets, and retail stores

Completing trailer swaps, trunking, and depot-to-depot runs

Completing 14 drops or swaps per shift

Ensuring loads are transported safely and securely

Completing PODs, delivery notes, and transport paperwork

Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting

Hours & Pay: Day & Night shifts available

Monday to Friday ongoing work

Shift length: 1012 hours

£17.00 £20.00 per hour (PAYE) depending on shift

Weekly pay every Friday

Requirements: Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence
Valid Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
Minimum 1 year Class 1 experience preferred
No more than 6 points (no DR, DD, IN)
Professional and reliable attitude
Safety boots & hi-vis
