A rewarding full-time opportunity has become available for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Provision Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Tower Hamlets. This long-term position is available for an immediate start and offers a competitive daily rate of £90 to £115, depending on experience.

The Role - SEN Provision Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Provision Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting primary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs within a specialist provision. You will work closely with children both in and out of the classroom, helping them to access learning, develop independence, and build confidence from an early age.
You will support pupils with needs including SEMH, ASD, and ADHD, providing tailored 1:1 and small group support. The role involves assisting with personalised learning plans, implementing behaviour strategies, and helping pupils regulate their emotions in a structured and nurturing environment.
You will work collaboratively with class teachers, the SENCO, and wider pastoral teams to ensure each child receives the support they need to thrive.
Patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive and trusting relationships with young learners are essential for success in this role.
