Rapier Employment are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 and 2 Drivers for an exciting opportunity based in Harlow . This is a fantastic chance to secure consistent, long-term, well-paid work with a leading blue-chip logistics provider.
Whether youre experienced or newly qualified, full training and a paid coaching week are provided to set you up for success.

What Youll Earn
£22.00 per hour (Days: 04:0022:00)
£25.00 per hour (Nights: 22:0004:00)
£1,000 completion bonus (Terms apply)
PAYE holiday pay accrued separately

Your Working Pattern
Enjoy a structured, predictable rota with no Sunday working:

Fixed 3-week rolling rota:
Week 1: Monday Thursday
Week 2: Wednesday Saturday
Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
An option for more days is available.
Start times: 04:0005:00
Shift length: 913 hours
Guaranteed minimum 8 hours pay per shift
Pre-booked holidays (up to 2 weeks) or agreed leave available

The Role
Multi-drop deliveries (typically 68 drops per shift )
Delivering chilled, frozen, and ambient goods
Using cages and tail lifts (electric pallet truck training provided)
Delivering to convenience stores on planned routes
Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
Providing professional and friendly customer service

What Were Looking For
Valid HGV Class 1 and 2 (Category C / C+E) licence
Valid Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
Maximum 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Good communication and time-management skills
Flexibility to work the rota
Newly qualified drivers welcome full support provided
