Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred care and support
Assist with daily living activities including personal care
Support service users with mobility and wellbeing
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment at all times

Fulltime
£12.90 per hour Weekdays & £14.10 an hour on weekends
