Are you an Installation Manager with experience working on Solar PV projects, or an Engineer/Electrician from a Solar background looking for an off-the-tools, leadership role, at an ambitious and successful Renewable Energy company, who have seen continuous growth since their creation 5 years ago?
Do you want to work in a role where you will be the technical go to for all Solar PV projects, in a leadership role where you can hire and build up the companies Installation department, with the added benefits of a company car, a quarterly bonus, and further great benefits including an enhanced holiday package?
On offer is the chance to become a key player in a rapidly expanding and highly regarded Renewable Energy company, renowned for their high-quality Solar PV and Battery installations/projects. Founded in 2021, this company has seen continuous growth to a current headcount of 20 employees.
In this role you will be the technical go to for all Solar PV and Battery installations and projects. You will have the autonomy to hire and grow the companies Solar PV department, whilst developing the operational process from technical survey to design to installation and overall quality assurance of company projects. You will also be the go-to individual for site operatives, internal stakeholders, local authority clients and domestic customers.
This role would suit an Installation Manager with experience working on Solar PV projects, or an Engineer/Electrician from a Solar background, looking for an autonomous, leadership role, with great benefits including a company car, a quarterly bonus, and an enhanced holiday scheme.
The Role
Hiring and growing the companies Solar PV department
Acting as the go to technical individual for all Solar PV related projects
Managing initial site surveys, design, installation, and quality assurance of projects

Full UK driving license
