Description
Manage and coordinate the directors' diaries, schedules, and appointments to optimise their time effectively.
Organise and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the directors.
Arrange travel itineraries, including booking transport, accommodation, and preparing expense reports.
Maintain and update confidential records and files as required.
Support the directors with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Provide assistance in managing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.Profile
A successful PA to Directors should have:
Previous experience in a secretarial or business support role, ideally within the financial services industry.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A professional and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.Job Offer
Competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum + excellent benefits package
