Electrical Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee night shift operations on a commercial project. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage teams effectively to meet project deadlines and safety standards. Electrical Supervsior Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on-site during night shifts * Manage and support a team of electricians and subcontractors * Ensure all work is carried out in line with current regulations and project specifications * Conduct site inspections and maintain high standards of health & safety compliance * Liaise with site management, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery * Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials, and workforce * Identify and resolve any issues or delays promptly Electrical Supervsior Requirements: * Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects * Gold ECS * SSSTS or SMSTS certification * Strong knowledge of electrical systems and current regulations * Ability to lead and motivate a team * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Enhanced DBS check (essential) * Flexibility to work consistent night shifts If you meet the above requirements and are available for night shift work, please apply with your CV or get in touch for more information
