Trainee Data Centre Engineer

Your new role * Working in a Data Centre environment, providing customer support ensuring Service Levels are maintained and the ticketing system is fully up to date * Work alongside experienced engineers, learning from them through structured training programs and on-the-job experience * Learn a range of technical skills including cabling/patching and the installation of server, network and storage hardware What you’ll need to succeed * No experience required – just a willingness to learn with a friendly, professional and flexible attitude * You must be able to pass security checks for this job, including SC, NPPV3 and BPSS clearance * Full UK Driving License and your own personal car is essential for this position * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail What we offer * No experience required, full training will be provided * Great environment - our employee survey highlighted that 81% of employees would recommend a friend to work here * Dedicated Learning and Development team and access to a range of training, courses and certification support Please click apply now to be taken to our website where you can see the full job description for the role. Hours: 8.5 hour shifts Mon-Fri, between the hours of 6am and 11pm + on call. The role will be based full time at the Data Centre so please ensure you are happy with the commute to site on a daily basis
