Production Assistant

Production Assistant – Redhill Found Industrial are currently recruiting for Production Assistants to join our client based in Redhill. This is a hands on role within a busy manufacturing environment, offering full training and the opportunity to secure a permanent position. The Role: This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position working on a rotating shift pattern (05:00 – 12:30 and 12:30 – 20:00, alternating weekly). You’ll be working as part of a team on the factory floor, following instructions from supervisors and contributing to daily production targets. The role involves a mix of hands-on tasks including operating basic machinery (full training provided), using small hand tools and carrying out quality checks. It’s a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is important and you’ll be expected to maintain high standards of health and safety at all times. Some manual handling and heavy lifting will be required as part of the role. Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out quality control checks on finished products * Using small hand tools * Operating machinery (training provided) * Supporting general production duties * Manual handling and heavy lifting * Ensuring products meet required quality standards Requirements: * Must have own transport due to location and early start times * Good level of written and spoken English * Able to stand for long periods * Good attention to detail * Reliable and willing to learn What’s on Offer: * Weekly pay (every Friday) * Temp-to-perm position * Full training provided We welcome applications from candidates with experience in warehouse, manufacturing, distribution or similar environments.
