Care Leavers Team Leader | Youth Advocacy & Social Care

Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is looking for a Team Manager to lead a team advocating for young people while supporting staff to deliver high standards of service. This role offers the chance to work creatively and collaboratively within the Through Age and Wellbeing model of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will ensure consistency in management across service areas and may deputise for Corporate Managers. The position comes with a relocation allowance of up to £8,000 and provides an opportunity to work with a strong team of Personal Advisors and Social Workers supporting Care Leavers.
