Private Client Solicitor – Head of Department, 10+ PQE, Gloucestershire, £60,000 - £70,000. A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a friendly and growing team. Handle a varied caseload of private client work, including Will drafting, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration, with a strong focus on IHT/CGT planning for HNWIs • Manage complex family situations such as agricultural and farming estates and demonstrate full understanding of all relevant reliefs • Provide expertise in complex tax and estate planning, including trust creation and administration • Lead and motivate the team, supporting professional development and fostering a positive, collaborative working environment • Demonstrate sound business development skills, maintaining and growing client relationships and networks Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
